Approximately what is cost of parts and labor to install? Manhattan NYC.

Picture #1 is of a living room:

1. Cost of similar hardwood for 1000 square feet?
2. Cost of each light built into the wall? (cost of electrician work? — there are 2 in the photo)
3. Cost of installing a hanging ceiling light? (cost of electrician work? the area already has a wall switch and specific outlet)

Picture #2 is of a bathroom ( 5×7 ‘) :

1. Cost of new wall tiles and floor tiles? (Ignore the rest, that is stock)

Picture #3 is of second bathroom ( 5×7 ‘) :

1. Cost of floating sink?
2. Cost of each recessed light?

Please approximate the parts and **labor.** Obviously we don’t know the brands or exact models, but give me a range. I am assuming these are top grade quality

NYC is crazy expensive for good labor and waste disposal. The flooring you’d be looking at $12-15 pretty square foot installed

No idea about lighting but electricians are expensive

Bathroom tile work for that could easily be 20-25k

Manhattan? I would charge you a couple hundred to drive over and give you an estimate

You are looking at well in excess of $50,000 for NYC, codes and permits with associated labor costs as well unknown cost of quality materials
